Feels like there is fluid in my foot

One day, out of the blue, My foot started to hurt while I was walking. It hurts on the outside bottom and outside top of my foot whenever I walk on it.  it doesn't hurt very bad, it is just annoying. The thing I'm worried about is it feels like there is fluid or something on the inside of my foot and I feel it when I lift my foot up and put it back down. What could this be??

Thanks

Hello!

The most common reason is a blister on the foot due to improper footwear.
If you cannot see a blister then it might be pain due to fascitis. You would need to go for an examination near a physician.

If is is due to plantar fascitis, you would need physical therapy, proper supportive foot wear and pain killers.

Take care!
