I weigh 124.4 lbs and I'm only 12. I need a 3 month diet plan to help me lose 25-30 lbs. If any one knows any fast work out and/or diet plan, please let me know. I'm  desperate to lose weight before the school year starts again!

Lizzy, how tall are you? Your height along with your age will help determine your ideal body weight. Don't over do it! Remember you're still young. Your body is still growing and changing. Cut out sodas. Drink lots and lots of water. Try to drink at least 8 oz every hour. That's normally about 1/2 of a bottled water. Stay active!! If you like watching tv try doing sit ups or jumping jacks or even just running in place every time a commercial comes on. Cut back on sugary foods. Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. If you need help staying motivated let me know and I'll be glad to help you! Don't overwhelm yourself stressing over your weight. You're young! Getting healthy is an awesome idea, but don't do it just to lose weight because it will come back. Message me if you want any advice or help!!

Honestly that's young to be trying to cut weight unless you are doing it to make a weight class for a sport. But go to bodybuilding.com they have plans for everyont
