How much exercise is ok durring pregnancy?

So I've been doing the INSANITY workout. But stopped last week when I felt that I might be pregnant. Took a test yesterday & surprise!! I am.

Ik that^^^ specific workout is TOO INTENSE to be considered "safe" durring a pregnancy, and in no way would I want to harm the baby or put it at risk.

However I would like to stay as healthy as I can. & I know exercising can help make the birthing process go easier. So my question(s) to you is/are:

How much is safe? I think I'm only a couple weeks along (4-5)

Is jogging around the block a couple time too much? Should I only be taking walks now or something?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

(I feel like I can't just sit & do nothing. I'm a little addicted to excersise. Of course NO MATTER WHAT I will definitely put the babies needs ABOVE mine)

Im also pregnant.  Its not recommend to workout too much during first trimesters. You can still run but moderated exercise its better at this point..any exercise working directly your mid section can be paintfull.. YouTube has some great videos for pregnant women to workout. But defenetly ask your doctor about it.
