You may be overexercising. When this happens your body will hoard any caloires you take in and turn them into fat so you don't need to burn away any muscle tissue. Too much of anything is bad for you even things which are good for you. Try to only exercise 45 minutes a day and make sure to throw in weights at least 3 times a week.
But remember that less is more.
You are really exercising too much which is bad for health. I think you should only exercise 45-60 minutes a day. That will be enough.
hi kezcharli,
you didn't mention that how much rest do you have, according to latest researches, the more you have rest the more you lose weight. As you mentioned that you have tried various supplements but didn't get any benefits so I shall advise you to give a try to beyond weight management tea once, it is working for me and I have lost 20 lbs in about 3 months, and that is absolutely intentional, I could have lost more lbs but I dont wanna rush and doing what I think is the best for me.
This is the fastest way to lose fat and build muscle in the body. Peak 8 routine actually stimulates the growth hormone in the body. I personally feel that it is one of the best ways to exercise, especially considering the speed at which you can lose fat and build muscle.
What you eat after Peak 8 training does matter
It’s recommended that you do not eat sugar or carbohydrate for 2 hours after the Peak 8 exercise because these foods can impact the release of the growth hormone in the body.
Figure your heart rate by this formula
220 minus your age is your maximum heart rate. you want to get your heart rate up to 65%- 85% of the maximum!!
First thing in the morning before you get out of bed have a clock with a second hand and check your resting heart rate then figure your rate by the
Formula above.
You burn 30 percent more fat from doing cardio after a weights session as opposed to cardio on its own.
With weight training, although you may not feel like you are working as hard because you might not sweat as much, you will continue to burn calories for up to 48 hours after your workout. Not to mention the fact that for every pound of muscle you build, you burn an additional 50 calories at rest so you are burning more even when you are not doing anything!
Make sure you get the OK from your doctor first!!!
"I need some motivation" If that is the problem then it's all in your head!!
You have to stand naked in front of a mirror and make up your mind to do it.
Good luck!!

It sounds like you are doing everything correct. Genetics play a huge role in the way our bodies develop, process calories, and distribute weight. You may unfortunately be fighting genetics.
You should also evaluate your calorie consumption. Try consuming the majority of your calories (especially carbohydrates) earlier in the day or directly after working out. Some other things you might consider: You might look at the types of calories that you are consuming: carbs vs. protein vs. fats. Are there other things in your diet or lifestyle that can be eliminated? (alcohol?) Are you getting enough sleep? Are you exercising primarily in the mornings or at night? What types of exercises do your workouts consist of?
If you are fully convinced that you are doing everything correctly, you may consider being evaluated for a metabolic or thyroid disorder of some sort.
