I need some help with exercises equiptment for small spaces.

I want to lose 25 pounds in the next year and a half and I know most of my problem is having no workout plan.  My problem is that if it is longer than like 20 minutes I get bored and annoyed so I quit.  I want something that is no longer than 20 minutes a day.  I was looking at a package that had a big ball in it, a toning ring, 3lbs. soft weights, and a some bands that you streach out but it was $40 and I just didn't know if that was worth it.  What are some good exercises things that are good to have around the house?  I live in an apartment so nothing too big, I do have an ab lounge that I love.

What about getting some 20 min cardio blaster workout videos? Lots of squats, lunges, pushups, situps etc. There are a million exercises you can do with bands just make sure the resistance of the band is right for you. There are many exercises you can do wit a ball etc. The choices are endless.

The best thing I can tell you is to do things that are high intensity and fat burning. To be honest you wont even really need to buy equiptment (although if you are a member of a gym that will be much easier)

I do something like this: 3 minutes fast paced walk, 4 minutes jumping rope (20 seconds straight with 10 second intervals of rest), then running 3 minutes, then 3 minutes on the eliptical machine (you can substitute that for 3 minutes of continuous ab crunches) then back to 4 minutes of jumping rope. That in itself is 20 minutes. Since you are constantly switching your exercise you very rarely get bored of it and trust me when I tell you that you will be worn out!
