Increasing height, queestion about male growth

I'm 18 years old and I am about 160 centimeters and 55 KG big. I work out regularly and eat pretty healthy with a diet of lots of fruits and fibers.

My growth has been stagnant for about a year and a half I think, will I grow no more? When does the average male stop growing? And are there any methods to increase your height through excercises or certain products?

My diet is already good. How will cycling and swimming increase my height?

Hi,

How are you?
Growth stops somewhere between 18-21 years. Height is mostly a genetic trait and your height would depend upon the height of your parents.
Aerobic exercises like swimming, cycling have been known to increase height. Please make sure you eat a well balanced diet and do not take growth supplements available OTC as they do more harm than good.
