Interpreting METS score on stress test results

I had a stress echocardiogram and the results were normal. I discussed it with my physician and am not concerned about medical issues.

My question is about the level of fitness indicated by reaching 12.6 METS on the test and how it ranks. Where does 12.6 METS place me with respect to 64-year-old men?

At what age group would a result of 12.6 METS be at the median for active men?
