Lactic Acidosis after running

I'm a high school track runner and consistently have a very bad reaction to lactic acidosis. After any strenuous running, (hard efforts of 1-2 minutes) I am breathing hard, lightheaded, highly nauseous, and usually vomit. This feels terrible (and is embarrassing and frustrating) and lasts about 20 minutes. Every other kid doing the same exact workout is totally fine, even the ones who are in far worse shape. I am hydrated adequately, I eat correctly, I have no other medical problems. I was cleared by a pulmonologist, cardiologist, immunologist, and sports doctor. I took two blood tests and nothing came up (besides Lyme's disease which was found to be unrelated.) Is there anything someone could recommend? What doctor is there left to visit? It would mean a lot to me if I could get over this problem

Something you might try is wheatgrass or spirulina -- they're loaded with food based antioxidants.  You should also make sure your food has sufficient Vitamin C.

I'm not your doctor, I don't know, but I doubt it.  But it sounds like you're not eating for intense exercise.  Are your meals balanced?  Do you eat enough complex carbs for the fuel for intense cardio?  Do you eat enough protein to recover afterwards?  And again, what are you eating or drinking to get your electrolytes?  You know, Gatorade, but hopefully something more healthful, like bananas and apples.  As for lactic acid, antioxidants help with that.  Do you get enough antioxidants, which come from colored fruits and vegetables?  I'd guess your problem is either dietary or psychological, meaning you're getting sick from your running because you don't believe you can do it.  The brain can do weird things.  When I was in junior high we had to run the 600, which is really short but seemed very long at the time.  I always got nauseous afterward, and so did many others, but we all grew up to realize we could run all day without a problem.  It was just believing we couldn't.

I eat a small light meal about 2 hours before. Do I have some kind of disease or disorder?

You're hydrated, but are you getting your electrolytes in the proper balance?  What do you eat before and after your runs?
