I have divided my excersise to four times a week aerobics and three dynamic excersise in order to lose weight. I've read it's the best way.
The problem is that the video of aerobics i've been using for about 2 weeks now seems not challenging enough. I don't sweat much and my heart rate does not increase as much as it did at first.
So is anybody else working out alone at home? And do you have any link for a good aerobic video i could use?
