You can try some yoga for it the best i would suggest is surya namaskar in which you stretch out your body to move your hands up to the ceiling with a huge breathe n relaxes with n exhalation
It worked for me especially in the morning and made me feel a little bit tall so i hope it would work for you
You can't stretch your bones to increase your height! don't even try you will only spend wasted time.
I've heard that there are special stretches you can do to add an inch or two to your height. I actually tried this and it didn't work for me. But it seems to work for some people, so maybe it'll work for you.
