Morning walks

Is it good to go on walks in the morning and is it better to jog ?

Hi there.  Power walking can be just as effective and not as sore on the joints as jogging can be. Either are good cardio really so it's down to personal preference. When power walking you should aim for a 14-15 minute mile tor give you an idea of pace.
