Well Im already on WW so I have been being careful on eating and things of that nature. I just want to curb my appetite in certain parts of the day and have some more energy and of course lose weight a little faster than waht I am doing now. At least maybe 3 pds a week or 4. Whatever is a healthy weight loss. Thanks for responding.
Take it from someone who has lost over 60 lbs twice in my 40years of life, and in the process of doing it again. Don't restrict yourself to just one diet plan option. I also know someone who eventually died from heart damage caused by Phen Phen. A diet plan thats success relies only on the use of a drug, especially when you can't affort it, needs some revision. Make sure exercise, even just walking, and a proper diet, with even modest changes comes first.
