I've been having pain whenever I lift my left leg. It seems to be located in my upper right thigh. It also seems to be an extensor muscle that is affected. This pain started last winter and it was not so severe. I thought maybe I pulled a muscle and I thought it healed because during spring and summer and most of fall the pain was gone. I started running again about a month ago and just two weeks ago the pain came back. I'm not sure how to treat it and am looking for some advice on what to do.
