I am a 38 year old female and I am 5'3 and 225lbs. I have a huge stomach with two layers. I am walking so much and I even gave up earning rice, bread, pasta and regular sugar. I even drink so much water. My stomach isn't getting smaller. It's so discouraging. Why am I not losing belly fat?
Hello!
You have to understand that you can only lose yout body weight which is in excess proportionally all through out. You cannot lose only at your abdomen by natural methods.
The weight where you have put the last, you will lose first and the fat which got deposted the earliest you will lose the last. You will lose your abdominal fat with sustained exercise and diet control.
You need to tell us about your weight, height, BMI to help you out.
If you are walking for 2 miles, is this exercise sufficient for you? These are few of pertinent questions.
Take care!
if you dont mind me asking but have you had any children or surgery, this could all point towards the sucess to your excerise,I have had three children and a c section with one of them,I have lost three stone but still have a belly,I have been told this is because I have had surgery and the musclue has been cut so it will not tighten,I dont know whether this helps, but ask your doctor he may be able to advise you,you seem a very healthy person so why your excerise is not paying off is unusal or better still go to a gym perpharps you need to alter which excerises you are ****,hope this helps best wishes.
