How much exercise should a 14 year old be getting each day?

Well it depends on what type of exercise your doing, if yourdoing weights then 1 hour 5 times a week tops, but if your doing cardio then as much as you feel you can do but make sure you get enough calories

I'm 14 and I get at least 2 hours in a day. My doctor told me at least a hour. Hope I helped!!
