Do you know how to move those bones?  Healthy adults need to build endurance and accelerate their heart rate at least 10 minutes at a time.  You can go for a brisk fall walk, jog, bike, swim and/or participate in your favorite exercise video.  Mix it up and try different levels of activity, moderate or vigorous.  

Try exercising for 30 minutes a day, 3-5 days a week.  You can perform this in 10-minute increments.  To determine a moderate level of effort, you can still talk and carry on a conversation.  A vigorous level of effort will make it difficult to carry on a conversation.

Does going door-to-door for a garbage bag of full candy (I mean, for my 6-year old!!!) count?  That's more than 10 minutes of walking, for crying out loud...  And shivering - that burns calories, doesn't it?  It's cold outside!  Yea.  I can totally do this.
