Training question

Hellou members

i would like to see some feedback about the diet/exercise in my daly program.

i am, 1.73mts, 80kg ,male,
training: 3 times x week = mountaing hiking (90min)
              3 times x week = swiming  (45min)

Diet: home food 90%, Vitamine B12 + C x day of training..

180bpm top  
150bpm avrg

170 bpm top

You are in a BMI range of exactly 26.7. Try to cut down your weight by couple of kgs and you would be absolutely normal. A BMI of 25 is excellent but with 26.7 there is nothing much to worry.

Exercise regime is very good and it has lots of cardio, try to add some weights and plan a diet chart with the help of a dietician and continue home based food.
