I'm new here. Need help losing weight fast. I also have a bad knee

Have you seen someone to tell you what's wrong with the knee?  And you really don't want to lose weight fast -- you want to lose it slowly so it stays off by changing your lifestyle, which will include diet.  But if you don't know what's wrong with the knee, it's difficult for you to know what you're able to do safely as far as exercise.

Are you are really thinking about weight loss? If yes, first you have to change your attitude. If you thought that only dieting will reduce your weight, you are wrong. Exercise is best thing to start in a day. Dieting and exercise should go hand in hand. Always include exercise in your daily routine.
