You have to start exercising like running for 30 to 40 minutes :) or do some exercises of hasfit.com they do free exercising videos that will help you loose weight :) even though they pretty exhausting they are only 20 min long and I sweaf they are pretty good :3

Losing weight starts in the kitchen. Eat very very healthy. Vegetables, fruit, and lean meat. Start lifting weights instead of doing lots of cardio. Weight lifting burns calories after you have finished working out. This should help you reach your goal!
