Im about 5 weeks pregnant. Can i still do ab workouts? I lost 25lbs un 3 months and i got pregnant. I workout 3-5 days a week. I want to stay in shape throughout my pregnancy so i can bounce back to normal after giving birth.
Same like me and i'm also pregnant 4 Weeks yes you can go exercise but not the heavy one very light like walking slow dancing stuff like this but not the guts excersice good luck and congrates.
