hello i m 22 years old i did the open surgry inguinal hernia both side before one year i m a rame model . i want 2 know about the execize lower abs and upar abs and want to know the execize ple tell me if i do the havy excize for lower abs and ipar abs hernia will not come in my fature
No you can still get a hernia!!! You can get a hernia from even sneezing!

If it's been 1 year then you can go with exercise but do remember to use guards for your organ. As they lower the exercise pressure.
First get the OK from your doctor then if your doctor said it's OK come back and I'll tell you what to do.
