constant leg pain

for the past 3 months everyday I have had left leg pain sometimes it feels like it is just in my calf and aroung my ankle and other times it feels like it moves up to the front upper part of my thigh.  This pain is a constant ache that starts whenever I stand or walk to much.  I can eventually get it to subside when I get off of my leg.  I have done 13 treatments with my chiropractor and 4 therapeutic massage sessions (OWOWOWOW), they are now telling me to start acupunture.  Has anyone else suffered from this ( I am starting to go crazy)

Hello!

It can be a local injury or problem at your lower lumbar spine.

You have to recollect if you had any previous injury at the ankle joint, a fall or twist. Check your foot wear and get yourself examined by an orthopedician for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

Take care!

Hello!

I would suggest you to go for a lower lumbar X-ray and follow up with an orthopedician for diagnosing any chronic spinal problem.

You can take intermittent NSAIDs for the pain and use ice packs at the area of pain and inflammation.

The orthopedician can also examine at your local site, also wear appropriate footwear.

Take care!
