exercise for wheelchair user

I am struggling to excercise from my chair. I can walk for 5 mins very slowly. Has anyone got any ideas

Try lower weights and slowly build up you dont want to overexert yourself you could pull something

I would suggest the upper slowly build your endurance with free weights until you are stronger remember work on smaller goals at a time you will get results soon good luck
