fight for life

I got to lose Wight ,be for it kills me .  I have always had bad health , and trouble just walking.  Now with a bad back  and other health problems from that.   How do you lose over 100 lb. When you trouble just trying to walk.

I see you have no knowledge on the Atkins diet and that you do consume carbs. Please do some research before making statements.
Humans are omnivores! Some nutrients that can only be gotten from plants (like Vitamin C) and others that can only be gotten from animals.
B12 is critical for life and isn’t found in any amount in plants (except some types of algae), it is the most important nutrient that vegans must be concerned with. B12 deficiency is very common in vegans, one study showing that 92% of vegans are deficient in it. Animal protein contains all the essential amino acids. It is important for muscle mass and bone health. Studies show that vegetarians are deficient in creatine, which has harmful effects on muscle and brain function. Carnosine  protects against various degenerative processes in the body. DHA is the most active form of Omega-3 in the body and primarily found in animal foods. The plant form of Omega-3s, ALA, is inefficiently converted to DHA in the body.
Cholesterol is important  in the body and is part of every cell membrane. It is also used to make steroid hormones like testosterone. Satturated fat intake correlates with increased testosterone levels.

The A to Z study compared the Atkins (low-carb, high-fat) diet to the Ornish (low-fat, near-vegan) diet.

This study clearly shows that the Atkins diet causes greater improvements in pretty much all health markers, although not all of them were statistically significant:
The Atkins group lost more weight, 10.4 lbs, while the Ornish group lost only 5.6 lbs.

The Atkins group had greater decreases in blood pressure.

The Atkins group had greater increases in HDL (the “good”) cholesterol.

The Atkins group had greater decreases in Triglycerides. They went down by 29.3 mg/dL on Atkins, only 14.9 mg/dL on Ornish.

Then the Atkins dieters were about twice as likely to make it to the end of the study, indicating that the Atkins diet was easier to follow.

Another thing I'd like to add is that going transitioning to vegan or vegetarian reverses any diseases you may have. It has on multiple occasions reversed cancer on patients.

DO NOT go on a high protein low carb diet . Atkins is horrible! It causes your bad cholesterol to go way up. And you will only Lose water weight. You will also stave your body of glucose. Your average daily protein intake should be 15 to 20 percent of your total daily calories. According to the U.S. Food and Nutrition Board, the preferred form of protein is from non animal sources: beans, legumes, nuts, and seeds. They are also naturally lower in fat too. Most of the fats they do contain are unsaturated and ALWAYS cholesterol free.
If you really want to save yourself, and I know you can :) you MUST do research.
You should watch the movie Vegucated which is free on YouTube and Hulu. There's also a movie called Forks Over Knives which I highly recommend. Books you could read ... One I love is called Veganist by Kathy Fredton. I found that in a local library.

You have to have a healthy diet . Try a high protein and low carb diet . Drink water only  and teas. Also try all natural supplements like garcinia cambogia . Walk a little bit everyday and build up your endurance . Have you every tried water aerobics ? It's easier on the bones .
