i think u need to cheer up,,may b u feeling lonely and ur thinking to have a partner with u so as to pass the time..
if this is not the care then think about ur health,if u wanna be healthy the u have to workout,,
losing weight is very easy thing,u just need to control ur diet and do a little workout..if u dont enjoy exercise try to do brisk walking,,it will help u a lot..
i think u should start doing yoga and pranayam,,its a very healthy workout and its a fun doing..

Ask a friend to exercise with you or exercise buddy.however, try to look within why is exercising a stressor or why are u avoiding it? There might be another reason..meditate..change your exercise routine..good luck..
Pick a sport that you may have fun with. Like baseball or hockey or even soccer.
