Oats is the best option to keep hunger away and you won't be getting hungry for longer time.
I agree with suggestions to drink some water. Try a piece of fruit as a snack if necessary. Stay busy-- it helps. I used to find I wanted to snack at night-- so I would occupy myself and then go to bed earlier. :)). You sound like you're doing great. Good luck!
Healthy eating is one of the best things you can do to prevent and control health problems such as heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and some types of cancer
Drink a lot of water! It helps to make you feel full and remove the hungr feeling. Try infused water recipes also.
+ it's healthy
If you eat healthy (don't call it a diet) you will do much better some foods keep you full longer like oatmeal at breakfast. Eat until you are fill but not stuffed. Eat slower if you have trouble put your fork or spoon down between bites. If you get hungry between meals eat fruit. I usually carry grapes with me keeps me from grabbing candy and chips. I have been told try to eat at the same time everyday helps I don't do this because of my hectic schedule. Slow, steady and mindfull gets the job done.
low-fat yogurt or egg whites, which are high in protein and will keep your stomach full for longer. If you are stressed that can increase cortisol level that will increase your appetite and cravings for high fat and high sugar foods. If you become stressed either do some exercise or do deep breathing.
Also high fiber will keep you feeling full.
maybe you're confusing the hungry feeling with the thirst one. Try everytime you feel hungry after you eat to drink some water
I don't know how to make you less hungry but what I can do is give you good food options! These are basically things you can eat a ton of without ever going overboard! Try eating fruit when your hungry after meals or some greens like baby spinach with cucumber or raspberry! If you're craving sweets you can have a peanut butter spoon or two! This one you can have a bit to much of but its okay! The fats in pb are very good for you(a lot of the same fats in avacados as an example)! It's yummy and has good fats! As well as many other things like corn or peas or some mixed nuts or dried fruit!
