Try to avoid sweets and soda,cola etc...eat a big but healthy breakfast and try tou eat 5 times a day...no more...start a sport...or if you don't want to start a sport you can do some workouts at home...try to walk for about 30' a day...i 'm sure that it 'll help you!!! Good luck!
I'd ask your parents to help keep you on track with eating healthy.. Eat healthy and start setting an exercise routine.. Even walking with your parents can help.. When I was in my teens, I lost 20lbs in three months just by walking a mile a night with my dad and of I would have ate healthier I would've lost more.. Best of luck!

Your bones don't change. Why do you want to weigh 80 lb. Are you 4'9"?
If you are 5'2", then go tell your doctor you have anorexia nervosa and he will hospitalize you before you go into organ failure. Maybe they can help you.
