What kind of motivation are you looking for? If it's work out motivation, I get tired of doing the same thing over and over so I change it up. I swim, when I get tired of that I water run. I am also looking at something new like yoga. Change your work outs when you get tired or with the seasons.
If it's motivation to stay on track with calories think of it like a planned trip. In one year you plan to go to Mexico or some where more exotic like France. The hard part is saving up the money like keeping track of your calories but the goal the destination is what kerps you motivated. Do you have a goal a destination? Do you treat or reward yourself?
