hi.....i am 21 yrs n my ht is 5ft7in only.........n my weight is 65kg........now i just want to increase my height........is there any possibility for me that i can increase my height at this age?????plz suggest me with the working solution[:)]tx

At 21 years you cannot grow further, there is a destructive painful surgery called Ilizarov technique which I do not recommend to you as you are 5'7'' and this is not bad!

Your height is genetically determined and your growth hormones, testosterone, diet also play a role in determining your  final height. Your long bones fuse at the age of 20 years.

No, you can't really control you're height.  It's genetic.  But 5'7" is a great height!  It's just above average and you can still comfortably wear high heels!

Hi.  I suggest you learn to accept yourself for who you are.  While you aren't super tall there are many, many people shorter than yourself.

If this continues to affect you I would strongly recommend you see a psychotherapist.
