right abdominal pain during exercise

I get a really bad pain in my right abdominal area during exercise. It can occure from just going on a short walk, and is so bad i have to stop which makes it go away instantly. I have had it for about a year and have seen 3 doctors who cant find anything wrong. One suggested it may be a traped nerve. It is always worse when i have not eaten, and seems not to appear if I have eaten before. I have done some research and notice that gastric ulsers cause a pain similar to mine, and also don't cause pain when food has been eaten. My pain is only there during exercise though? Any help would be appreciable. Many thanks.

Sure it's not an exercise cramp?
