teenager in need!

I'm 17 years old. I weight 174lbs and my goal is to be 140lbs. I stopped drinking soda a few weeks ago and yesterday I started a diet. What exercises can I do at home that will actually work?

Out door running and some basic workouts combined with high intensity intervals...something like mountain climber, jumping jacks, jump rope, switch kicks, burpes, squat jumps, push ups, and belt kicks....at the top of my head...hope it helps you(:
