Unfortunately there isn't enough information about what you're exercise routine is. If all you're doing is cardio and legs...... You're not necessarily going to lose weight and it definitely won't get you a six pack. You're nutrition is going to be about 90% of it but if you want to see those abs you're going to need to change up your routine. One of the most important factors for getting results is change, you're doing the same routine for months at a time your results may slow down considerably. A little information about your nutrition would be helpful, how many calories, how much fat, carbs, and protein..... Try doing something interval training once in a while apposed to just cardio if you're cardio consists of a specific exercise like running, swimming, or stairs. Add some core exercises and abdominal exercises to build solid muscle in your mid section. If you have a strong core and abs, the skin will pull around those muscle if they are there and your diet is right. My absolute best piece of advice is to make sure and change your routine at least once a month or so. Don't let your body get use to your exercises and you will continue to get results.
Not losing any weight period is my main problem honestly
For your stomach the stuff u are doing doesn't target your stomach nessaairly. Wht I do is go on pintress or google and look up abb workbouts and that's wht I do to tone my stomach. Or look up ways to tone my stomach.
