Chest pain

Hi, a while ago I was playing football and did a terrible over-reach straight up with my left arm that pulled HARD on my chest and hurt quite a bit for about 5 minutes. After that it was gone until a couple days later. My left breast started swelling, I noticed a weird bulge below my left breast and it was quite painful.I went to the doctor and he said to take ibuprofen to deal with the pain and it should heal in 2 weeks.I thought it felt good, so after about 3 weeks I went to play football again and the next day my chest was REALLY sore and the swelling and bulge were back up.Except this time my entire chest was sore, but it was an on again, off again kind of pain.Like 2 minutes on, 15 minutes off.I took the pills again and started to feel better again and decided to help my mother paint. It was a job that required I be on my hands and knees for the most part. After this my entire chest was back to being sore, and again this time it was worse one day, better the next and so on.Right now it's sore on and off again and i'm wondering if I should go back to the Dr. for better advice. The pills don't really help with the pain and I want to figure this thing out because i'm sick to death of dealing with it.Not to mention I have anxiety problems and have terrible fears every now and then that this pain is something worse than a muscle strain, and something more like Angina.Any help would be GREATLY appreciated, thanks.

I also went to the emergency room for this because at the time I didn't know I had anxiety problems. They said it was probably a muscle strain and might take a while to heal. Both the DR. and the ER did xrays and they came up clean. My vitals were all perfect as well, I just had trouble in the first place because I was so scared I was having a heart attack that my breathing went through the roof, I started feeling dizzy and sweaty and my chest felt tight. This of course I proved with the DR's help to be an anxiety issue and I know have better control of that.

My back is also a little sore but I think that's because i've been sitting up alot with no back support because of the pain, and I slouch and again because of football and such.
