My shirt is soaked after an hour of work out is this to much sweat???

I just did my hour long work out that I started doing last week and whyle I do it o wear a sweater and hous coat so I sweat more so I lose more weight. But I was wondering now that I'm done my shirt is soaked! Literaly! Is that to much??? I also felt like I was going to be sick during it and I think I was a littel threw it but I just held it down and pushed my self even harder to keep going. I know feel sick and my arms and legs especaly my arms feel heavy as bricks! Is this un healthy???

Hi, sweating is actually good for health when you are doing exercises. The only thing you need to take care is to take plenty of water and also include electrolytes in it to compensate for the lost ones. If your body weight is around 70 KG and you do work out for one hour then you probably need 2 to 3 L of water per day. I hope this helps

"I sweat more so I lose more weight" you're just losing water! when you work out you should be drinking water during your routine it's very important you shouldn't be wearing all those cloths wear something light and comfortable you are feeling sick because of not taking in fluids and the clothing
