thank you for the advice, I really just want to tone my belly really. But I heard you can put plastic wrap around the place you want to lose, and you will lose the fat without losin others.
Unfortunately there's no way to spot reduce fat - if there were, I'd have got my bum and legs in shape but would still have big boobs.
From the areas you want to reduce versus the areas you want to keep, I'm guessing you probably carry all your weight up top - the complete opposite to me, I'm very jealous. The best thing I can suggest is to get on with losing the weight (I can offer some advice there if you need it, just message me), but make sure you do plenty of weight-bearing exercise with your legs and bum. This won't stop the fat coming off, but will help you to keep shapely legs by putting some lean muscle on them so they don't end up skinny. If you do this make sure you eat lots of protein - best of luck!
