Work out

I'm 5'4 and i weigh 110 pounds. I feel like the majority of my body is fairly skinny, and I don't have a very high % of body fat, but for some reason I can't get rid of my back fat. I work out all of the time, but can not fix the area between my hips & bottom of rib cage. Any work out suggestions?

Hello,

Unfortunately there is no way to spot reduce the fat. Even training a specific area does not guarantee that you will lose bodyfat from that specific region.

You can however go in for aerobics which can help in reduction of fat from this area.

lay on a work out bench on your stomache, and lift dumbells to work your back muscles. also, do leg lifts. hold lightly onto a bar, and lift your legs, one at a time lol, straight back holding your hips square..a balet class can be very benificial for your core, front and back...try that if you have the time and recources.
