Okay so I can't go to the gym. I get really bad anxiety, like I'll go to walk through the door and start crying. I've always been this way. I walk an hour a day but I'm trying to get in shape and loose 10lbs for vacation in August. Any excersize suggestions that don't involve equipment (I have yoga mat and one of those huge Pilate ball things - I can't remember what they're called) so those would be fine, and they can't be super loud like a lot of jumping because I'm in a upper unit in apartment.
