What you can do is workout these specific areas, this will give them an overall toned appearance and they'll seem slimmer. If you want to lose weight you should make a lifestyle change : eat healthier ( this doesn't mean less), be more active ( if not going to the gym or signing up for a sport/class, you can choose to take the stairs or walk rather than the alternative). Don't forget shortcuts never work in the long run, that it's okay to treat yourself and that it takes time for your body to adjust.
