In order for someone to start loosing fat around target areas that you already exercise is the hardest to loose. You might be asking yourself "what exercises am I doing that I am workingout"? Well the answer is walking, bending over, picking up something from the floor, reaching overhead to put away something, etc.... all these are actual exercises that people do every day. My best suggestions is Input vs Output. For example, if you eat about 1600 calories in a day but burn 1800 with exercises, you are making the body to start having a defecit of 400 calories for that day. When you wake up and do a cardio exercise ie walking briskly for 45min you will have another 200-350 caloric defecitfor that morning. when you actually do the math thats about 600-750 calories burned. If you keep this up you will start seeing results quicker. The exercises can include squats, burpees, modified burpees for people who are beginners. Pushups crunches lunges jumping jacks etc... Also don't forget to have a meal plan or a nutriton plan . Its best to eat 6 times a day versus 3 meals a day. Do not eat after 6 pm. Its harder for the stomach to process the food after those hours because your metabolism slows down. Any other questions just hit me up and I'll try my best to help you for other possible ways to achieve your goals.
Well always remember it will take time for your stomach to get where you want it to be but in the end it will be awesome if you stick to the routine. I have experience in this area of losing your belly so I know the process of it.Some exercises that really help are crunches in general on a ball or on the floor, tucking your tail bone under well u do it is super effective. you can even so the crunches do your elbows things like that. the pelvic tilt is a really good one. planks are the best way to shape your core, side planks and normal ones doing them and holding as long as possible.
As for your butt because I think you said you wanted to lose that as well? You can tone up your butt but cant lose it lose it. Doing squats and lunges will be the best things to help you tone up your butt as well as running on the treadmill and doing the elliptical and the bike. It probably might happen as you go on the weight machines to if you are going to the gym. Also maybe some workout classes might be beneficial.
