Make sure you are getting ENOUGH CALORIES!!! If you don't eat enough your body will save every little calorie that comes near it. You must have at least 1300 calories a day for your height and weight to lose weight(I could be a little off on the exact number) but if you are eating the right foods, it can be a lot of food. Try eating small meals every three hours, that has really worked for me in the past, and water, water, water. I have a jug from wal-mart that hold all 8 glasses so you know you have had all your h20 for the day. Also be wary of starchy carbs, and try srouted wheat or rice bread. Regular whole wheat bread actually contains high fructose corn syrup!
You are having a BMI of 24.3 which is absolutely normal and you have the right weight for your height and there is nothing to worry. Maintain at 160 pounds and continue the present schedule.
If you want to lose weight further then you start doing cardio for 30 minutes regularly. You can start jogging, running, swimming, skipping etc.
