Listen to Applemeg. All you can do is Eat less and move more. Unfortunately you can't target where the fat will come off. However as you become leaner that fat will disappear. Good luck.
Same situation as you! Don't listen to all this dieting crap. There are se fab ab workouts on YouTube or just make up some of your own! Cut out lots of sugar but don't deprive youself! On demand also has some workouts you'll love.
