I find sports great. You get so caught up in the game without even realizing you're just there for exercise, and winning of course ;).
Since you said no equipment, try jogging in in spot for 20-30 minutes. Your goal is to keep your heart rate beating fast to burn calories, so I'd say about every other minute run as fast as you can with proper form. In between the minutes, just jog.
I'm no expert, so try YouTube to see the proper running form, or how they do their exercise. Personally, I just run however I feel comfortable.
Anyways, make sure you run as fast as you can at points in time, or else you won't lose anything as your heart rate will be normal. You should be sweating!

I started workong out12-14-13 on my treadmill 6days a week at a slow pace 15minutes 3* a week and each week I increase the speed, time, or incline. I have lost 28lbs my goal is to lose 20lbs more by June if I can do it you can I weighed in at 307lbs God bless you I'm 5'2
