Thank you Dr., this has been helpful.
Hello!
Your target weight should be anywhere between 180-185 pounds for your 6ft height. Medically as a doctor for me if your BMI is below 25 i.e weight around 185 pounds and all your vitals are normal there is no need to press the panic button.
Take care!
What should my target weight be?
Thank you for your responses. I bet that the most frustrating complaint derives from being impatient. My diet is not sufficient? What is wrong with it?
Hello!
Exercise and physical activity is a long term continuous regular affair.
Plan a proper diet chart as whatever you are eating is not sufficient. Consult a dietician and only one thing I agree with you is to avoid high calorie food as in junk food, fast food, desserts and fried food.
Regular cardio in any form for 30-45 minutes will give you the desired results in 3- 6 months of a BMI less than 25. With 193 pounds and 6 ft height your BMI is only 26.2 presently. In the future balance you input and output and keep your BMI below 25.
Take care!
