Slight redness and white ring around the iris of one eye

I had woken up one day and had found that I my eye was slightly red then I noticed that I had half a white ring around the iris of one of my eye I started using anti allergy eye drops without any consultation it went off after a few day but is back again with a slight pinkness in the same eye

You are describing two different problems: 1 redness of the eyes. There are so many causes of this that I cannot offer any specific cause. If it persists see an ophthalmologist or optometrist  2. a white ring around the "iris" actually its usually on the cornea and is called an arcus. If you are 65 or over its usually a normal part of the eye aging and does not affect vision. If younger than that it can be associated with elevated cholesterol and triglycerides and your family MD needs to do "Fasting lipid profile" I suggest you see Eye MD ophthalmologist to deal with both problems.

Is there any possibility of treating it at home as my parents don't think it's necessary to go to the doctor for it

How old are you? An arcus would be distinctly unusual at your age but does occur (arcus juvenalis). No home treatment is available.
