3 lesions on RT eye ... help

Team ... 2 days ago I woke up and found my RT eye was red ... no pain. Around 5pm, of the same day,  I noticed that my eye was blurry, especially for reading (I have glasses for distance but can normally read close up). I went to my Optometrist the next morning and he found 3 lesions in my RT eye ... LT eye was ok (for now). He prescribed Tobradex 1 drop 4 times per day but seemed very concerned ..... Help .... what is going on in my system ... why the lesions and the blurry vision ?? Will this happen to my other eye ?? Why is this happening to my eye ... Help !!!

Thank you for your input.
The lesions were in the cornea... lower right area. I went back to the Optometrist and he said the RT eye was responding well to the Torbradex. The LT eye is ok. I also had them checked by an Ophthamologist .... They both said it appeared autoimmune ... high stress ... Comments are welcomed ...

A lesion is a non-specific term. However, since you are using Tobradex, I assume it is on the conjunctiva, cornea, or the lids.  You will have to ask you doctor if this is a bilateral disease.
