3 month old right eye appears to be smaller than left eye

My 3 month old child's right eye appears to be set back in more in her eye socket than the left making the right eye appear smaller.  Is there any treatment to fix this?

It is very important to have your pediatrician refer you to see an ophthalmologist that does pediatric ophthalmology. Extremely important do this soon.  The most common cause of this is that the upper lid on the eye that appears deeper droops and is called ptosis but only an exam in person can confirm this.  JCH MD
