3 year old with strabismus

My son was recently diagnosed with strabismus and nearsightedness. He is wearing glasses to correct the nearsightedness but what should be done about the strabismus? His case is mild, hardly noticeable, and is intermittent. Are there nutritional supplements I can add to his diet to help ( ie. lutein, dha, vitamins?)

In order to fully answer your question I needed to know whether he has esotropia or exotropia.  Although these are both forms of strabismus, they are about as related as a zebra and a thoroughbred.  In any event, nutritional supplements are not helpful for strabismus.

He has exotropia (outward drift). Should I consider vision therapy?
