Always seeing Sparkles

I am always seeing sparkles. The sparkles look like a TV with bad signal. You know when it's a bunch of black and white dots? Except, the sparkles that I see are clear. And they are everywhere. Plus, sometimes if I look at something for longer than 10 seconds, everything around that object becomes very dark. Randomly, my vision will get darker or lighter. Along with these weird eye symptoms, I feel dizzy. I am absolutely paranoid, and think I am going to pass out as soon as I feel slightly light-headed. These symptoms can come randomly. Mostly in the afternoon when I am at school, sitting down for a long time.

You should have a full eye exam to make sure, but your symptoms sound more consistant with lack of blood flow to the brain, low blood pressure, or other systemic problem.  Talk to your primary care doctor about these symptoms and make sure you get your blood pressure, thyroid, etc checked.
