Any vitamins for dry eyes?

I am 32 years old and I have very dry eyes.

Besides lubricating eyes drops, are there any vitamins I can take for dry eyes?

What else can I do to prevent my eyes from drying and becoming red?

I thinks it is a good idea to take a multivitiamin, drinks lots of water, take a flaxseed oil and omega 3 fish oil supplement about 1000 mg each at least once a day.  TheraTears makes a nutional supplement called TheraTears Nutrition that has a blend of vitamins and flax and fish oil.
