is there still a chance my eye will get in it's proper place?

Yesterday I my strabismus eye muscle surgery. They did both eyes to create more symmetry.
Before the surgery my left eye was a lazy eye and was going outward.
Now after the surgery, my eye has improved and has moved inward, but is still a little bit going outward. My question is; will my eye improve more and will it get it the proper place?

Greetings

You need to give it a little bit more time.  Your surgeon will tell you how well it's going at the next visit.  Could take a few weeks to see the final result.
